Score changes require approval from your gym and/or event coordinator. Direct any scoring-related questions to your gym first.

Why isn't a climb I logged giving me points? A few things can cause this:

  • The challenge may be configured so eligible climbs expire after a certain date. Check the challenge rules and make sure you're logging before that date.

  • You may have logged more than the maximum number of ascents allowed per scoring interval.

Why did a climb that was giving me points stop counting? This usually means it dropped off your scorecard. Common reasons:

  • The climb's grade was equal to or lower than a more recent climb you've logged, and your gym only counts your top scores per interval.

  • The routesetting team changed the climb. Check with your gym if you think a grade or climb has changed.

  • You were automatically bumped to a higher grade level after logging climbs significantly above it. This exists to prevent sandbagging.

  • The gym or event coordinator manually adjusted your registration.

For anything not covered here, reach out to your gym's event coordinator, front desk staff can direct you if you don't know who that is.
