If you signed up for KAYA using an email and password, you can reset your password from the login screen or from inside the app.
If you are logged into KAYA:
Tap your profile photo in the bottom right of the app.
Tap the vertical ellipses (three dots) in the upper right corner.
Tap Logout.
On the welcome screen, tap "Already have an account?" then "Sign in."
Tap "Sign in with email."
Tap "Forgot your password? Reset it here" and follow the steps.
If you are logged out of KAYA:
On the login screen, tap "Already have an account?" then "Sign in."
Tap "Sign in with email."
Tap "Forgot your password? Reset it here" and follow the steps.
Important: If you created your KAYA account using Facebook, Google, or Apple, you cannot reset a password through KAYA, because KAYA does not store a separate password for that login method. You will need to log in using that same social account. If you want to switch to a different login method, contact KAYA support at kayaclimb.com/support.
