I Can't Access My Account

THERE MAY BE A COUPLE REASONS YOU CAN'T ACCESS YOUR KAYA ACCOUNT.


1. Login Method


Remember, if you used an existing social account (Facebook, Google, Apple) to create your account on KAYA, you can only log in to KAYA using that same account. You will not be able to reset your Facebook/Google/Apple password through KAYA.


2. Your Account Was Deleted


If you're receiving an error message that says " Email already exists " while trying to create a new account, or if none of the above login methods work, it's possible your account was deleted at some point in the past. Don't worry, we can recover it along with all your climb data.

If you cannot access your account through any of the above login methods, please click SUBMIT A TICKET at the top of this page, and we'll get you sorted out! When submitting, please include your KAYA username and the email associated with your KAYA account, and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
