HOW TO RESET YOUR KAYA PASSWORD
Important: If you used an existing social account (Facebook, Google, Apple) to create your account on KAYA, you can only log in to KAYA using that same account. You will not be able to reset your Facebook/Google/Apple password through KAYA. To change your account registration type, reach out to customer support at kayaclimb.com/support.
If you are logged into KAYA and need to reset your password:
1. Go to your profile (by clicking on your photo icon in the far right circle of the bottom menu on KAYA).
2. Now in Profile, click on the vertical ellipses in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click Logout.
4. Look for “Already Have an Account?” and click “Sign in”
5. Click “Sign in with email”
6. Click “Forgot your password? Reset it here.” And follow the steps.
If you are not logged into KAYA and need to reset your password:
1. On the Login page, look for “Already have an account?” and click “Sign in”
2. Click “Sign in with email”
3. Click “Forgot your password? Reset it here.” And follow the steps.
