There's currently no way to add a missing climb to a partnered gym's set yourself. If a climb is missing, you can still log it from the grade list for your own personal tracking.
To get a missing climb added to the gym's official set on KAYA, reach out to the gym directly. Partnered gyms manage and publish their own climbs, so they're the ones who can add any missing problems.
