KAYA PRO Subscription FAQ

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?


iOS: Manage your subscription in Settings by navigating to Settings > Tap your Name > Subscriptions.  Here is the Apple support article on managing your subscriptions: How to cancel a subscription from Apple.


Android: Manage your subscription through the Google Play Store by navigating to Settings > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.



REFUNDS


KAYA does not offer refunds once payment has been made, but you can cancel any time and will not be charged on your next billing date.

KAYA PRO INDUSTRY ACCESS


Outdoor industry employees are eligible for access to KAYA PRO at a 50% discount on an annual, recurring basis. 


Employees at select gyms are eligible for free KAYA PRO access as a part of your gym’s subscription to the Plastick Enterprise service. Consult with your gym or fill out the form below and search for your gym in the eligible gym list to see if you qualify for free KAYA PRO access.


You must have a KAYA account prior to completing this application form. If you don’t have a KAYA account, follow this link on a mobile device to get started: KAYA, the climber’s app.  To be eligible for KAYA PRO, you must generally fall under one of these categories: 

  • Climbing Gym Staff:
    • Front Desk Staff
    • Coaches
    • Routesetters
    • Gym Managers
    • Programs, Fitness and/or Yoga
  • Local Climbing Organization Staff
  • Local Affinity Group Staff
  • Climbing Industry Professionals
  • KAYA Community Ambassadors
